The application process begins in October before your child enters pre-kindergarten 3, 4, or kindergarten. The State of Delaware and IHM require children to be five years old before September 1st to enroll in Kindergarten. Our application process concludes in January when admission letters will be emailed to all applicants.

Guidelines for Acceptance
Immaculate Heart of Mary School follows Diocesan guidelines to determine the order of student acceptance. This policy applies to Pre-Kindergarten through eighth-grade applicants.
- Siblings of children currently enrolled at IHM
- First-time students to IHM who are parishioners of the IHM parish
- Catholic families from parishes other than IHM
- Non-Catholic families
